Gasoline Vapor Recovery System – Stage II & Stage III

Deghat Harekat Sanat Sabz Parsian (DHSSP), a knowledge-based company, designs and manufactures Stage II & Stage III Gasoline Vapor Recovery Systems in Iran. The system is developed using the technology and technical know-how of TST Germany and incorporates European equipment and components to reduce gasoline vapor emissions, recover fuel and improve environmental performance.

In Stage II Vapor Recovery, gasoline vapors generated during vehicle refueling are captured through a dedicated Vapor Recovery Nozzle and a 24V variable-speed vacuum pump and transferred to the vapor recovery system.

In Stage III Vapor Recovery, the collected gasoline vapors are processed through an advanced cooling and condensation system, allowing recoverable hydrocarbons to be condensed back into liquid form and returned to the fuel cycle. This process significantly reduces fuel losses and the release of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) into the atmosphere.

The DHSSP Vapor Recovery System is engineered to provide maximum gasoline vapor recovery efficiency while maintaining low electrical power consumption of approximately 6 kW.

The system incorporates a Twin Cooling Tower, intelligent control architecture and fully automatic operation to provide stable and reliable performance under different operating conditions.

The main equipment and components incorporated into the system are European-made, with particular emphasis on reliability, durability, operational safety and ease of maintenance.

The system and its related equipment are provided with Explosion-Proof / ATEX certification for operation in environments where flammable gasoline vapors may be present.

The system is specifically designed for gasoline filling stations, oil depots, fuel storage terminals and petroleum product storage and distribution facilities.
